General Terms & Conditions
Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through the HippoCV website ("Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. HippoCV may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the Site.

Copyright in the material and trademarks on this Site are owned by HippoCV Limited Company Number 978512 ("HippoCV") unless otherwise indicated and you agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by HippoCV. -
Information not resellable
You agree that information contained on this Site is not in the public domain. Information accessed once logged in (including, but not limited to the contact details and CV's of Job Hunters) may not be sold, redistributed or used for any purpose other than that of the purchasor's company. Information may be downloaded from the Site so long as all copyright notices remain intact.
You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this Site including code and software. You must not use this Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use.
You may not use data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on this Site for establishing, maintaining, advancing or reproducing information contained on our Site on your own website or in any other publication, except with Our prior written consent. -

No guarantees of Job Hunter Availability
HippoCV gives no guarantee to Employers of the continued availability of any particular Job Hunter and will not be liable should an Job Hunter not wish to contact you for whatever reason.
Whilst HippoCV takes efforts to ensure that jobs advertised are for actual job vacancies, it gives no guarantee to you that every job advertisement represents an actual job vacancy. -
No guarantees or endorsements of sites or services we link to or that link to us
HippoCV provides links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties from its Site. Such linked sites are not under the control of HippoCV and HippoCV is not responsible for the contents (including the accuracy, legality or decency) of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. HippoCV is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by HippoCV of the linked site. HippoCV is not responsible for the copyright compliance of any linked site. HippoCV will not be liable for any damages or loss arising in any way out of or in connection with or incidental to any information or third party service provided by any third party. -

While HippoCV takes all due care in ensuring the privacy and integrity of the information you provide, the possibility exists that this information could be unlawfully observed by a third party while in transit over the Internet or while stored on HippoCV systems or on HippoCV's Site. HippoCV disclaims all liability to you to the greatest extent possible pursuant to law should this occur. -
Your responsibility for your password and login
To become a registered user, you must provide a password and a login name. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password and login name. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your login name. You may change your password at any time by following instructions. You may also change your login by contacting customer service. You may also delete services attached to your registration at your convenience.
You agree to immediately notify HippoCV of any unauthorized use of your login name or any other breach of security known to you. -
No misrepresentations allowed
You agree that it is a condition on your use of the HippoCV CV database facility and of any other services provided by HippoCV or through the Site that you will not either through any act (including but not limited to posting a CV of the HippoCV Site) or omission mislead or deceive others.
General provisions

If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.
The laws governing this agreement will be the laws in New Zealand and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts and its Appellate Courts.
For the purposes of this agreement the words "HippoCV", "HippoCV.co.nz", "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to Prospects for the Future Limited and "Site" to materials delivered on www.HippoCV.co.nz and other co-branded versions of the site.
HippoCV refunds policy
- HippoCV stands behind our online employment services. We are committed to having happy customers that can't wait to use the site and tell their friends about HippoCV. Accordingly, we offer a 7-day 100% Money Back Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase simply email support@hippocv.co.nz within 7 days of payment for a 100% refund of your purchase price. Using a token on your account will void this guarantee. You must not have used any tokens on your account in order to request the 100% refund.
- Specials offer tokens are not refundable. Manufacturer Warranties will applies to all products. Please Note: All sales are subject to availability of product from the respective manufacturer and/or vendor.
